This french toast took me back to when I was a kid because of how much I loved Fruity Pebbles cereal.
This french toast pairs perfectly with our hot honey wings
This French Toast is a hit!
Fruity Pebbles French Toast
Ingredients:
1 pack brioche bread (~13 slices)
11 oz box Fruity Pebbles
1 c. sweet cream creamer
4 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp heavy cream
1 c powdered sugar
Optional: strawberries and blueberries
Instructions:
Whisk together eggs, creamer, cinnamon, and 2 tsp vanilla
Crush Fruity Pebbles into a bowl to dip bread into
Coat both sides on bread with egg mixture and then coat with Fruity Pebbles cereal
Add coated bread to skillet on medium heat and cook on both sides
Let rest for ~5 minutes
To make glaze, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla
Let the French toast cool a bit before adding glaze, as it will melt if the French toast is too hot
Top French toast with glaze, strawberries, and blueberries and serve
