Nutella Stuffed French Toast

Nutella Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients:

• 1 pack brioche bread (~13 slices)

• 1 c. sweet cream creamer

• 4 eggs

• 3 tsp vanilla

• 2 tsp cinnamon

• As much Nutella as your heart desires

• Optional toppings: additional strawberries, blueberries, and powdered sugar

Instructions:

1. Whisk together eggs, creamer, cinnamon, and vanilla 

2. Spread Nutella between 2 slices of brioche bread

3. Coat both sides on bread with egg mixture

4. Add coated bread to skillet on medium heat and cook on both sides

5. Let rest for ~5 minutes

6. Top French toast with strawberries, blueberries, and powdered sugar
