Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
4 tortilla wraps
1 lb chicken thighs
1 tsp avocado oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ c buffalo sauce
¼ c hot sauce
1 tbsp honey
Optional: romaine lettuce, avocados, shredded carrots, ranch, mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Season chicken with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and buffalo sauce and let marinate for at least an hour
Once chicken is marinated, add to hot skillet
Once chicken is cooked, remove from skillet and cut into strips
Add chicken back to skillet and add in hot sauce and honey
Let simmer until sauce starts to thicken and remove from heat
To assemble wrap, layer tortilla with ranch, lettuce, carrots, avocado, chicken, cheese then close tortilla
Add tortilla to panini press or skillet to brown each side, then serve
