These muffins make the best preworkout snack

Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins


Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 c oat flour (blended rolled oats)

  • ½ scoop protein powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ c vanilla Greek yogurt

  • ½ tbsp vanilla

  • 1 egg

  • dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda

  2. In another bowl, mash bananas and add in egg, yogurt, and vanilla

  3. Mix together dry and wet ingredients

  4. Add in chocolate chips

  5. Add to muffin tin and bake on 350F for about 20 minutes
