This chicken was so tender and flavorful, I can't wait to make it again!
Serve with a side of cilantro lime rice, avocado, and corn & black bean salsa
So juicy and tender, I could eat this steak everyday
Southwest Steak Bowl
Makes about 4 servings
Steak Ingredients:
2 lb steak
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Chipotle Sauce Ingredients:
1 c plain greek yogurt
4 tbsp chipotle sauce
1½ tbsp agave
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Dice steak into bite size pieces
Season steak with 1 tbsp olive oil, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and 1 tbsp adobo and let sit for ~30 minutes
Once steak is marinated, add 1 tbsp olive oil to skillet and once hot add in steak
To make chipotle sauce, combine greek yogurt, chipotle sauce, agave, and garlic powder
Once steak is cooked, serve with cilantro lime rice, corn & black bean salsa, and avocado, and top with chipotle sauce
